At the School of Imaging we offer Private Training services to provide students with options of 1-on-1 or group training experience. We can deliver any of our courses in a private setting and also customize the content to fit your needs. Group training is popular with companies or groups of friends and family looking for that special hands-on learning experience while 1-on-1 training is best suited to those that prefer to learn at their own pace.

1-on-1 Training
Our 1-on-1 sessions provide training that is focused on your specific needs.The instructor will tailor the session with the results you want in mind. From giving you a simple and effective overview of your camera, to more advanced topics like showing you how to set up studio lighting for product photography, this training is all about getting results.
The training can be taken at your home, office or in one of our classrooms, and is delivered in a informal and fun consultation style.

Group Training
Our Group Training is designed for groups of 3 or more people and focus on delivering an effective training experience through the combined use of a slide presentation, equipment demos and support materials.
It is commonly requested by businesses, organizations and schools that need to train individuals on a certain topic or who would like to provide their members and staff with a fun add-on activity.
Training is suitable for:

FAQ
What is the cost of a 1-on-1 Session?
A: 1-on-1 Training costs $125/hr with a minimum of 2hr booking required for any session.
Can a second person attend a 1-on-1 session?
A: YES! If you would like to have someone else attend the session with you, there is an additional one time fee of $75 for the second attendee per session. If you would like 3 or more people to attend the session, please look into Group Training.
How much does Group Training cost?
A: Group Training costs $275/hr with a minimum of 2hr booking required for any session.
How many people can attend a Group session?
A: The size of the group will depend on the nature of the course content. For hands-on training we suggest a max of 12 to 16 students while for lecture style training there is a max of 50 attendees.
Can the instructor come to our office or school?
A: YES! Training can take place at any location of your choosing. A mileage fee may apply for training taking place at off-site locations.
How do I book a session?
A: All private training is booked through the School of Imaging. Please complete our Private Training Quote and Request form to get started.
What if I want to give this as a gift?
A: It is easy! Just fill out our Private Training Quote and Request form and select the Gift Option. We will provide you with a voucher that the recipient will use to book a suitable date later on.
