School of Imaging Attendance & Booking Policies:
So that we may offer a superior level of service to our customers, we ask that the following conditions be respected:
- Pre-registration and payment is required for all workshops
- All workshops begin promptly at stated times
- Henry's School of Imaging reserves the right to cancel or postpone any workshop without notice. In the event of a cancellation or postponement all pre-registered patrons will be notified.
- Customers may re-book or cancel registrations up to 48 hours prior to the workshop start time at no charge.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given, up until the workshop start time, only re-bookings will be offered and an administrative fee of $20 plus applicable taxes will apply.
- Rebooks requested after the workshop start time will be deemed as a missed class and therefore will not qualify for a rebook or refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed or previously rebooked workshops.
- A maximum of one rebook per customer per workshop is allowed at no charge, if given with at least 48 hours notice. If a subsequent re-booking is required, an administrative fee of $20 plus applicable taxes will apply.
- Refunds are not available for promotional workshop offers purchased at the Imaging Show or other promotional events
- Workshop credits with the School of Imaging will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date issued.
