So that we may offer a superior level of service to our customers, we ask that the following conditions be respected:

- Pre-registration and payment is required for all courses.
- All courses begin promptly at stated times.
- The School of Imaging reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course without notice.
- In the event of a course cancellation or postponement, all pre-registered attendees will be notified to arrange another suitable date.
- Customers may reschedule or refund registrations up to 48hrs prior to the course start time at no charge.
- If less than 48hrs notice is given, up until the course start time, only rescheduling will be offered and an administrative fee will apply. (See Fee Table)
- Refunds or rescheduling will not be permitted after the course start time. Missed courses are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
