Adobe's Lightroom is one of the industry's most powerful all-around image management & editing software solutions. This second of two workshops takes a look mostly at Lightroom's Develop Module, where most of the photo editing in Lightroom is done. We'll start by first showing you how to perform basic edits that affect an photo's overall colour and tonality (brightness & contrast). We'll then show you advanced edits, focusing on how Lightroom's powerful tools take advantage of the extra latitude contained in Raw files. Photos sometimes just need adjustments in small, local areas, so we'll also explore Lightroom's amazing spot and local area adjustment tools. Finally, when you need to do something that Lightroom just can't do (which isn't all that much), we'll show you how to send your image into Photoshop, let you do your thing and then seamlessly have the file return to Lightroom and its catalogue. Once your photos are primed and ready for sharing, we'll show you the options involved in printing and exporting your images so you get the results you expect.
